...laugh more.

My friend Kari has told me more than once, " you should write these things down."  between the antics of my children & my retelling of them it often causes laughter.

Today I read that children laugh hundreds of times a day and adults on average five. I miss laughing. I did not truly realize how much less joy I have in my house, my mind, my car, my family.  Did you ever realize we are the only creatures God gave the gift of laughter? We are created in his image. Imagine how infectious His laugh must be. I don't think we have to imagine too hard. I imagine it to sound like a child's.

I have found less, in the case of laughter, to not be better.

For the love of God, Garrett, and Daniel, too...not to mention me, laugh more.

Proverbs 15:13a & 15b "A happy heart makes the face cheerful, ... the cheerful heart has a continual feast."
